Sketchbook Use Guide

Сool tool with ready-mixed watercolor paints inside.
It makes your sketching more comfortable and gives you invisible support.

Step 1. Fill an aquabrush with water

1.  To use an aquabrush, unscrew the brush tip from the barrel, ensuring to turn it clockwise. Fill the barrel with water, then reattach the brush tip, securing it by turning clockwise. Squeeze the barrel lightly to allow water to flow into the brush tip before painting. This control over water flow facilitates smooth blending and shading with watercolors.

Step 2. Mixing colors

The Sketchbook features 12 unique colored palettes, each equipped with pre-applied watercolor mixes on special palettes. These palettes offer a variety of color gammas, each sufficient for coloring two A5 sheets. The pre-applied watercolors themselves present a visual artistry. Take an aquabrush and identify the color shade you wish to use. Activate the dry color mix by gently touching it with the wet aquabrush tip. If desired, blend it with other colors to create your unique mixture.

Step 3. Painting - applying colors

Select the area on the paper where you wish to apply color, noting that there may already be a sketch in place. Consider pre-wetting the paper for wet-on-wet techniques, especially useful for larger areas like skies or water. Apply the mixed color to the designated area using the brush. If needed, use an additional piece of paper to clean the brush between colors.

After completing your artwork, insert an extra sheet between the painting and the palette to prevent any accidental stains.
